Clauberg Solingen was a German manufacturer. If you type Clauberg+Solingen into a search engine, you should find lots of sites featuring their swords for sale. I found this listing just to give you an example:
"The sword is a Model 1850 Staff and Field, produced by W. Clauberg, Solingen. The upper edge has the inscription: J.J. Hirschbuhl, Lou. Ky. On the left side, on the fuller, is the inscription: Presented to Lieut. M.A.D. Allen. On the right side is the inscription: By his Company 16th Regt Ky Vols."
