Unless there has been an update, there is no proof that Kenelm Winslow's wife was either a Bucke or a Foliott. These names were originally based on the speculations of John G. Hunt in a series of articles that appeared in the New England Historical and Genealogical Register in the 1960's.
For a further discussion of this subject, please see Kenneth W. Kirkpatrick, "The Loving Cosens: Herbert Pelham, Sir Arthur Hesilrige and Gov. Edward Winslow", NEHGR 154:78-108.
As far as I know, the wife of Kenelm Winslow remains unknown. It is a case that you usually find in internet genealogies: possible eventually becomes probable, and probable eventually becomes actual.
Kindest regards, and best of luck in your research.
