My mom (actually she is my step-mother, but raised me from the time I was 5 yrs old so I consider her my "mom")was the youngest daughter of David Williams Balmer, the youngest son of Oliver C. and Lillie D. Williams Balmer. She actually is still living. She'll be 82 in November and lives in Colorado.
