Was interested to read your messages. I had found listings for two different names for Arvin's wives on various censuses. Jane, born in New York about 1819 or 1820, and Emeline L., apparently born in Ohio about 1832 or 1833 in Ohio. Do you have marriage dates, and perhaps the third wife's name? The 1880 census lists her with Arvin P., as well as a son Charles - not certain who his mother was, but perhaps Jane, since she was still on the census with Arvin in 1870, and Charles was apparently born about 1867.
