I need to make a correction to information I posted earlier. Based on the 1904 article of the family reunion of Frederick Wegleys children, I assumed that Rissa Belle Mattern was one of his children. Miss Orchid Lilly contacted me, and after looking at the data I have, I believe she is correct. The Mrs. W.A. Mattern mentioned in the article is not a child of Frederick's as the newspaper indicated, but is instead the very same person as the Rissa Repine we have listed as a daughter of Mary Amanda Wegley and Joseph Repine.
