After several more years of looking into this letter by William Perry (Perry Davis) Weatherford, I would suggest that all who read it disregard it as it is not factual. William "Red Eagle" Weatherford was related to William Perry (Perry Davis) Weatherford however, he was not his Grandfather as he had wrongful claimed.
