Good to hear from you. Do you know what book you read about Seaborn's life? I heard that he was Choctaw, but not sure how that could be since he was born in GA. I know he had 3 wives, and the last one allegedly was Choctaw or part Choctaw. She was Susan Brooks, d/o Nancy Brooks and unknown.

RE: Isaac, I'm not aware of any records showing his marriage to Phebe H. Powell. Do you know of any? From his ties to the Evans family (land records,etc), I've thought that Phebe was LIKELY an Evans. I've heard some Evans descendants report NA ancestry through daughter of Redden Wade, who is thought to be Isaac's brother.

Perhaps this is a mystery we'll never be able to solve.
