Gustav Wilhelm Treybig was born on 29 Dec 1876 in Fayette County, Texas and died on 23 Nov 1958. He was the son of Gustav Bernhardt Treybig (1841 – 1905) and Elise Heyne (1847 – 1901). Gustav Wilhelm and Katie Ellen Wood, born on 29 Jan 1881 and died on 24 Mar 1953, were married on 26 Aug 1897 and celebrated their 40th Anniversary in 1937 (not their 50th). They would have celebrated their 50th anniversary in 1947 and Katie died 6 and a half years later. Gustav died 5 years later.
