I have read the book. It is very interesting but very tedious / laborious reading as it contains records as they actually appeared , original medieval spelling etc.

I treasured the info. I found many family names that used in my own family of origin. It depends on how connected one feels to one's progenators. We Tillman's seem to be driven in that respect! Interesting!
