My husband's great grandparents - John Stanczyk (born 1849 in Galecia, Poland) and Rosa Job (born 1856 in Tarnov, Poland) were married in 1880 in Poland and immediately left for the States. They joined John's sister Mary Stanczyk Iwan in Nebraska.

We know that John Stanczyk had another sister Dorothea Stanczyk Micek. He is also said to have had a brother in Detroit. Any connections?
