I'm looking for information about Frank Irving Seitz, born about 1908 to Frank Irving Seitz (1889-1943) and Mildred Adele Hagar (1888-1956) in Philadelphia, PA. He may have married young in Maine (Barbara Hassen?) and again later in Philadelphia (Edith McCallion Osbourn?). He probably traveled a lot, may have lived in numerous locations. May have spent some time in Florida.
