Since I have the marriage bond I am sure of the marriage date for Lemuel & Partheny - so your conjecture for him in the 1840 census would have to be wrong unless he was married before. Other names and dates look like they could be a match. Anyway hope what I sent back may help with any research you are doing on this line. Thank you for your response. Mike
