Thanks again for your help. I was able to get a bit further on James' father:

Adam Darst b. 1801 d. March 5, 1869 died at 68y 1m 2d (buried at Bethel-Mccord Cemetery) m. February 2, 1836 to Sarah Jane

Sarah Jane (Davis) Darst

I wasn't able determine whether James (his middle name was Rightmire not A.) Darst had any siblings from that union. I have figured out who James' children and grandchildren are also. I also found that Grace possibly has a 3rd marriage last name (wife of O.E. Walton) according to James' obit.
