This means unnamed daughter of ...

marriage Charles Rider & Polly Westgate, bith res. of F. int. 11 Jul 1848

marriage Hannah R. Rider, 17, d. Charles H. & Mary & Warren F. Fields, 21, sailor, b. Rayn, s. Daniel M. & Phebe B., 3 Nov. 1867 in Brkly.
This means he was b in Raynham and they married in Berkley.

This 1900 Federal Census shows Edgar Brown, Hannah born Jan 1851 and father-in-law Charles Rider living in the same household in Taunton.
