I hope you are still connected with this site. My mothers maiden name was Piontek. She is Schlesien. She was born in Novy Bytom(spelling?)Her father was Reinholdt Piontek and her Mother was Rosa/Roza Broda. My mother un fortunatelycannot remember her grandparents names. Do you know where i can research Polish/Schlesien Genealogy as the info i have is very limited to her siblings(none of whom are living),and her parents siblings again none living. It is such a long time since she had contact with her nieces and nephews....about 30yrs....so the possibilities are they have moved or died.....my mother is in her 80s so it would be difficult for her to communicate herself.
