As I mentioned in an earlier post, I've been fortunate to obtain a copy of the book titled, "The Valley of Remsheg". It is about the 6 founding families of Wallace Bay, Nova Scotia. It contains genealogical records for the descendants of Revolutionary War Loyalist, Alexander Piers (formerly of NY, USA) The genealogy begins in 1745. Some families have histories published to the 1970's. Most are current to the 1950's.

I am more than happy to do a look-up for you, if you think your family might be listed in there.

I'm currently working on a list of surnames that have married into the Piers/Peers family and will post it here in the future.
