Trying to piece together 3 families that could be related and confirm data from an online tree

John Phillips (1797-?) and Ann McCutcheon; Joseph Phillips (1805-?) and Sophia ?; and Harriet Phillips (1828-1905) w/o Daniel Hann are all neighbors in the 1850 and 1860 census for Bingham, Potter Co. PA, and Harriet's son George was living with Joseph & Sophia.

An online tree post has Joseph Phillips (-1897 Minneapolis) h./o Sophia Price (1799 Woodford VT-?) with a daughter Eliza b 14 Aug 1834 in Canada who matches the Eliza daughter of Joseph and Sophia in the census.

Can anyone confirm that this is the same Joseph and Sophia and how these three Phillips families were related?
