Have you checked the 1911 Census on the National Archives site. Believe it or not it is free and Kerry is one of the lucky counties entered.

There is an Elizabeth O'Shea (18 years old) living in Spunkane, she was a general servant with the Harvey family. This site might help you with your search. Caherciveen is mentioned as just Caher.
