Anne Kirkbride asked me to contact you as you might be able to help me find some of my forfathers who came from Wales, she stated you were an expert on the Ormond family.

I am trying to find some information on a Richard Ormond born about 1769. Supposedly he lived in the Haverfordwest area and may have been a clerk of the town, as well as a Midshipman in the Navy.

Tradition states that he was married twice but I have found no proof at all of who his first or second wife might have been. Tradition also states that the Ormond families of the area were of the Gentry, no proof of that either.

Any help you can give about Richard or about the Ormond Family would be appreciated.
