You might be interested to know, that I found a William Morey was an Apprentice of a William Davis, Builder in Dawlish, Devon, England. William Davis is an Ancestor of mine. The entry I found reads as follows:
Apprentice of William Davis, Builder of Dawlish, Devon was William Morey, Born and Died Unknown, Apprentice Builder, Address 1819 Dawlish, Devon. No Source was given, and nothing more shows. although I did not check the Census Records for this Morey.
