Okay that is down the road from ours. Don Orione opened a beautiful home for the elderly about a 5 minute walk from you there fore naming the road so. The name Gianino doesn't ring a bell....are you in communication with them? As for boat launches there are to say the least a few hundred of them....every two steps you take is a different "company" yet the boats are all in the same harbor. "Smith" in a haystack? :)
