It is exciting.....so the story goes they both ended up in Brooklyn which matches the ship log. However like I said S-jumped ship (Italian Navy) when it was in port in NJ....."walked" to Pennsylvania .....and finally made his way back to New York....I kid you not!! However your S says he married a Josephine-mine a "Fanny" I think maybe short for Filomena??? I will check since his daughter is my godmother. One other thing that might help ....my great grandfather Francesco was Tailor. I called my cousin in Ischia regarding your Villa and if he knew if the clans are related....he said ...okay I have to go ask the human memory store....LOL...he means our "old" people.
