I have Susan marrying Ezekiel Davis on 12/15/1939 per the LDS site. Also it also has an Ezekiel Davis born 1808 on Johns Island, Bristol. His father was Almond Davis and mother Hannah____. Since "John's Island" is written in the margin in their 1850 census, my guess is that he is one in the same. There is also a marriage of an Ezekiel Davis to Naomi Richards on 11/5/1832 in Bristol. So there is a possibility that Ezekiel was married twice. I am confused about one thing you said about Susan and Ezekiel marrying about the same time Walter had teenage daughters. In 1850 the only person living with Walter (age30) was Samuel Rackliff (age 14), his wife Martha, and 2 male children under 3.
