Hi:) I'm living in Israel and I just found out (from my uncle) about the Algerian connection, evidently there were Mazzellas involved in shipping?!? (He called them "pirates":):) Also, my grandfather is Frank Mazzella born in New Jersey around 1914. Evidently his father was from Algeria and his mother was from Israel (called "Palestine" at the time)....interesting!! Anyinformation anyone has on this MOST interesting and unusual side of my family would be appreciated. Anyone know of what once was "Mazzella Shipping" including ports of call in Algeria and Tripoli? Thanks!
