I can't "prove" these connections but they are all on a family tree prepared in 1918 by a distant cousin, and updated in 1976, based on various histories and peerages. You'd be amazed at how much further back it goes than even Dugald an Oir. Many of the connections have been confirmed by other trees, but without other sources.

I have already emailed you today, I think, but it seems you related to the Mathesons through Ellen Matheson Schlangen, my mother's cousin. Ellen attended my mother and father's 50th anniversary in 1979, and that is the last I saw of her.
