The family moved from the USA to Alberta in 1904 Samuel was my great-great grandfather. I was born in Alberta but now live in Ontario. They moved to what is now Edmonton (back then it wasn't) and I have the story from my still living Great Aunt all about how they worked for land and owned farms that shared corners etc
