Thomas Mackey may have been the Thomas MacKey baptised parish of St Johns Co. Kilkenny, residence "Well", on 4 March 1823, son of William MacKey and Honor Ryan [note on record mother's name given as Honora], who appear to have married at Johns Well [sic] (is this Johnswell?) parish of St John's, Roman Catholic denomination, Co. Kilkenny, on 15 February 1817.
