I'm looking for any information on Charles Lowry/Lowery of Richland and Clark Counties in Wisconsin. I have the following information from the 1880 and 1900 Federal Census reports:

1880 - Richland Co., Sylvan Twp., Wisconsin
Lowry, Charles age 32, born E.Tenn, parents also born in E.Tenn
Lowry, Emeline, wife, age 29, born Indiana, parents also born in Indiana.
Children listed are
Mary E. age 9
Philip H. age 8 (my line of decent)
Henry M. age 6
Sherman J. age 4
Thomas E. age 2

1900 - Clark Co., Washburn twp., Wisconsin
Lowery, Charles - born May 1845 in Tenn, married 30 yrs to Emeline, b. June 1852 in Indiana.
Children are
Sherman b. Jan 1876 in Wisc.
Thomas b. May 1878 in Wisc.
Son b. July 1879 in Wisc.
Daughter b. June 1881 in Wisc.
Son b. July 1889

Charles is listed in the 1880 census as unable to read or write... that may explain the changes in surname spelling and his year of birth.

Also listed as Charles neighbor in Washburn twp. is Levi Lowery, b. Aug 1851 in Tenn, both parents also born in Tenn, and his wife Hannah, b. Sept 1850 in Indiana. Both her parents were born in Virginia. Levi and Hannah were married 26 years in the 1900 census. I guessing this must be Charles brother, but uncertain.

These families traveled together from Richland Co. to Clark Co. and many Lowery's are buried in Clark County. Also following this family is Enoch McHone (my gggggrandfather) Enoch was also born in Tenn around Oct 1827, and both his parents were born in Tenn.

Any information on Charles Lowry/Lowery and his family in Tennessee would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance.
