This is a familar name. I think he is a relative. If so, his father was Arthur and his mother was Grace. His gr-father was William Thomas Lowrance and his gr-mother was Minerva Susan Millican. Does this sound right? If this is the right person, his gr-mother was a sister of my gr-father. Please let me know if I am right as I do not have this branch in my tree yet. Thank you.
