Let me just say that there are WAY to many William Lowers born around 1925. Its hard enough with all the incorrect information on census due to most people not being able to read and write. and i believe who ever filled out the census sheets was just in a hurry and didnt pay attention to what they were hearing most of the time.Then you have to also deal with the changing of the name thing. Most people have a first and middle name. but they do not put them both on the census. so if the name is William John, and they only put William but go by John then your screwed. lol. And what about death certs? how can you expect grandchildren to know the maiden names. lol. geesh. ok, anyway. now that my rant is done. haha. im hoping to locate WIlliam Lowers that Married a Susan or Susanna Wilks. he was born 1825. I need his parents. i believe their children were in a orphanage in one census. (or atleast some of them were) ..... it would help a bunch.... Thank you.....
