Well I found my records that are correct. These records were sent to me by Darrell Lawson, accomplished Lawson Genealogist. So I have no doubt as to their authenticity.
William Lawson was son of Bartholomew Lawson and Susanna Simpkins 1717-1765. Bartholomew's son was William Lawson 1755-1811 Hawkins County, Tn. Bartholomew was born Bedford County, Va. He married Sarah Hinton who died 1826 in Monroe County, Tn. The following are children of William and Sarah Hinton:
