I have been running into brick walls with my line. I have a Ralph "Elzie" Kilgore, born about 1790 in Ga. He married Nancy Larrimore and when his son James was a child, before 1835, he moved his family to Walker County GA.
I have been given access to a Will for a Ralph Killgore Sr., married to an Alender, dated 1783 mentioning his son, Ralph as well as other children John, Mary Kilgore Allison,Elizabeth Kilgore Sutherland, Catren or Caty (probbibly nick names for Catherine) and Robert. It is dated June 6, 1783, Wikes County Georgia.
I think it is a good bet they are that Ralph Sr and Alender are parents of my Ralph, but wanted to know if any of you have this line or know anythiing about them. I am willing to share the information I have if there is a connection.
