My great great geat grandmother, Sophia Kerr was born in Ohio in 1840.She marrid David K. Sprinkle and the family lived in Portsmouth, OH.

I was just looking over some marriage records from Scioto Co., and located the record for Adam Kerr to Lucinda Rollins 26 Dec. 1837. R, A-235. If you write to the Scioto County Courthouse, they can find the record for you with the above #.

I think that Adam and Lucida were Sophia's parents. Do you know of any other Kerr lines in OH that may have had a daughter Sophia about 1840?

Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
