I find it interesting that you mention Jackie suffering from seizures as a child.

My gr grandfather was Joseph Mathew Kearns b. 1882 Blissville Long Island City N.Y to Thomas Francis Kearns and Ellen Rohan. He had 2 children with seizure disorders and 1 with out. The one w/o was my grandmother.

I have an adult daughter with a genetic seizure disorder. My cousin has an infant son with this same genetic seizure disorder. My theory has always been that it came through either the Kearns or the Rohan side.

Your mention of seizures makes me wonder if it is the Kearns side and perhaps our two families are some how connected.
