Hello. I think we may be related. My Great Grandfather, Poitr Kaminski, came over here in 1910 from Kaminskie Village, northwest a bit(30km) from Bialystok. We have cousins here also, Yamokowski.
My grandfather, Edward Francis Kaminski, was very much immersed in helping fellow Poles to gain employment in Stow, at our family owned/operated mold and die shop. He was involved with The Polish National Alliance, and other organizations.
Anyway, if you remember names like," Lydia, Vincent,Arthur,Joseph,Alfred,Edward,James", you may be on track.
It's sad how we disintegrate into common strangers resulting from negligence,and taking life for granted.
