My great-grandfather Sebastian Kaiser was from Barvaria. I think his ancesters were Jewish but I cannot make the connection. My feeling is that the family was persecuted and converted to Catholicism as many people in Barvaria did. I can find no family history earlier than the early 1800s. Could there be a connection with out Kaisers?
