Iredale in London and in Woburn, Bedfordshire

In trying to trace the movements of my own ancestor William Henley (born 1782 Woburn, disappears after 1810), I have found what may be a coincidence but would appreciate any comments from Iredale family experts. In the Woburn Rates Book a John Iredale is listed as head tenant on many houses, and William Iredale (brother or son?) in one, at 17/18 Park Street in 1818. In London (St James,Westminster) there are a William Henley and William Iredale both listed in the land tax records for a period of several years in the 1810s and 1820s as tenants of James Virgo at one or adjacent properties in King Street. This William Henley was a carpenter, as shown by subsequent 1828 bankruptcy records. Question - is there any record of a William Iredale who may also have been a carpenter in London but who had connections with Bedfordshire?
