Hello Neil

I was a Huggan and am researching my family tree. I have just put it on line. My father was born in Duns at Cumbledge Mill . However I gather that originally most were born in Hawick and Jedburgh.

The furthest I can get is a Thomas Huggan married to a Janet Tait in Jedburgh or Hawick. Their sone was William Huggan born 1805 a millwright. Any connections would love to hear from you.
