'Fraid not. "Kotek" was, I think, Anna's maiden name. Date's a bit early too. From searches I've run here and there it seems "Anna" is the most common Bohemian first name for females! Sooo many.
Still, who knows, if there may be a kinship extending back into Bohemia? None of our family kept in touch with the family back in the Old Country. A bit frustrating.
