She was the daughter of Charles F. A. and Johanna Maria/Mary F. (Landman) Schultz. Charles C. Himmelspach was the son of Francis Xavier 'Frank' Himmelspach b.c1832/33 France and died 20 Sep 1893 Zanesville, buried in the St. Nicholas Cemetery on 23 Sep 1893.

Charles' mother was Catharine Magdalena Pflieger dau. of Francis Xavier & Catharine (Crouse) Pflieger. 'Magdalena' was b.22 July 1841 France and died 5 July 1918 Falls Tp., Muskingum County, buried 8 July 1918 Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Zanesville. Francis Xavier Pflieger was b.abt 1806 and died 14 Mar 1888, 82 years old, Zanesville, buried 17 Mar 1888 in St. Nicholas Cemetery. Catharine (Crouse) Pflieger was born abt. 1812 and died 11 Feb 1879 Zanesville, age 67y, buried 14 Feb 1879 St. Nicholas Cemetery.
