Confusing huh? Although - Tom Hopgood did marry Emily Oxford so it must be the same girl. I hadn't looked into Charles being a brother to them and a son of Martha and William.. that will be my research for today.

I don't know how accurate the info on the death cert is either - Emily would of been the only informant, and even half of her info is wrong i'm still researching her after 2 years of doing it..

I'm not entirely sure about Harriet. Based on her birth, she would of been 10 years older than Charles too, is that normal for that time? I'm not sure. Charles has definitely been married before 1870 though.
