William Lancelot Harshbarger born Nov 4, 1907 at Carrollton, Greene County, Ill.; died Oct. 3, 1951 at Alton, Madison Co., Ill.; buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Upper Alton, Illinois. On Jan. 7, 1932 in Jerseyville, Jersey Co., Ill, he married Muriel Angeline Daniels. She was born at Fidelity, Jersey Co, Ill. on March 6, 1914 to Charles Edward Daniels and Charlotte Belle Roady. They had 9 children."

William Lancelot Harshbarger's parents were Otha Harshbarger and Rachel Shaw. They had 3 children, Leo Harshbarger, William Lancelot Harshbarger and Sherman Leslie Harshbarger.
