Levi Harrell, (named as a son in will) was qualified as executor.
Children to get estate after spouse dies. She is mentioned only in will as his spouse but no name given for her. Family living on 204 acrea land on Washmasaw Swamp.
Levi Harrell, grandson per will is to get all the 204 acreas of land -- note per other sources this
Levi, Jr was born in 1777 so only ten at this time.

Also have will of Silas Simmons dated 27 FEB 1787 from original Book C 1793-1800 Page #237 now in Columbia reprint to Book 26 (1793-1800) Page 346 which verifies his spouse as Silah. Have no info on spouse of Ann Simmons or his relation to Silas Simmons.
