Hi there, have you seen this link?
http://familytreemaker.genealogy.com/users/h/a/r/Bernard-Lee...There is a lot of information about the Hardin's going back to the first one to come to America. I have also been told the following:
Cordelia (Dixie) Ophelia Evalina Jones# (b 1859) married Adlai H Hardin* (b 1843 or 1845 North Carolina, d 1925) after Melver died
1) Melver (b Feb 1889, Marianna, AR)
2) Lillian E (b Jan 1896, Marianna, AR)
3) Irvin Ingram (b 23 April, 1903) (died 16 May 1962) MY GRANDFATHER
4) Marian or Marion? (married Clyde Mitchell?)
5) Adlai Ophelia Evalina Hardin (b 25 Sept. 1899, Marianna, Lee County, AR, d 14 September 1993, Puyallup, Pierce, WA) married 19 November 1916 to Roy Bass (b 12 March 1893, Franklin Country, AR, d 7 October 1955 San Diego, CA)
Hope this helps.
Also, my brother was dna mapped, which gives a history of the Hardin line through the males going back 250,000 years! I wonder if any other Hardin's have had this done? I'm on
