I have Hamilton's in Georgia beginning Robert in Wilkes Co in 1785. His son Rev. Robert Hamilton married Eliza Cole McGehee and the lived their last years(1885/1886) in Decatur Co. near Bainbridge. There was also a Johnathan Hamilton, relationship unclear, Rev. Robert performed his marriage, who has descendents I have not accounted.
