Julia M (daughter of Rosalia and John) married Frank Matthew Laufer and had 5 children: Emerson, Emma, Robert P, Otto A, and Francis Joseph.

Francis Joseph (son of Julia and Frank, grandson of Rosalia and John) married Muriel Edna Moths and had 6 children: Carol Mae, James Alvin, Sue Anne, Lori Lynn, Janice Lee, and Leon Francis.

The relevant parent info for the parts of the line married in are as follows: John J Weiskerchen's parents (according to Ancestry.com) were Nathanial Weiskerchen and Joanna Schmitz. Frank Matthew Laufer's parents were Frank Peter Laufer and Katherine Erschens. The parents of Muriel Edna Moths were Alvin Carl Moths and Edna Olga Schoedel.

I got into this because our family's genealogy records were pretty sparse but my mom used to tell me how her grandmother (Julia Weiskerchen) was famous in the family for being very proud of her French heritage. She would talk about her French blood and so on, but no one alive today knew *where* the French roots actually came in. A little bit of searching on my part found the Gustin roots but I'm stuck at Lorraine, France. So if anyone has anything about the Gustins from back in Lorraine, I'd love to see it. Thanks a million.
