February 17, 1871 Van Zandlt County, Texas (buried in Prairie Springs Cemetery, Van Zandlt County, Texas with 2nd husband, John H Chaney) Judd D. Gregory is the son of Jared Cluff Gregory, b. 1857 Alabama, d. Abt 1881 Lee County, Mississippi and Georga Anna Montgomery Gregory, b. 1856 TN, d. after 1920 Lee County, Mississippi. They are buried in unmarked graves in the Pontocola Cemetery, Pontotoc County, Mississippi, Jared C. and Georga Anna had another child, Ella Corrine Gregory, b. 1881, d. 1947, wife of John Henry Harris, both buried in the Shannon Cemetery, Lee County, Mississippi.
