Janie thanks for the in put I to have a copy of the cattle brand and have been searching for years trying to find my gg-grandfathers parents. I have a copy of his death certificate but it shows his father Willis born in Kentucky his mother has no name shows French. I was told he had an older brother Henry which William used Henry's name and joined the Confederate army in Arkansas. I keep searching and asking questions when I see a possible match.
