I am seeking info on my Grandfather Rufus?? Godwin. He was a one armed man from a farming acciedent. He married my widowed graqndmother Janie L. Solomon i beleive in 1950. He waas the only grandfather i ever new. Didnt know his first name because i always called him grandpa Godwin. They lived on a large farm in Selma Alabama. I remember the farm aand a lot of his relatives lived all aroound him. He passed away when i was a teen.. I live in Florida.I loved him very much and trying to put him in my family tree.. but by not knowing his first name it is hard. any help would be appreciated.
