My name is Mike Geiger and am a decendant of John Paul Geiger. We have seen Anne Rettew Hunters research. 3 years ago we visited Berwangen, Germany and met with the pastor of the church in Berwangen. We copied John Paul and Eva Marie Kiestler records from the church book which was 300 years old. We also visited Richen which is a nearby village where Eva Kiestler was from and where they were married. Noted in the church book is that John Paul and Eva left Berwangen in 1749 at ago 26 for the new land.
